Laing O’Rourke will be carrying out utility survey and investigation works along Devonshire Street in Surry Hills to verify the location of existing buried utilities. Ongoing consultation will take place throughout the works to ensure the community are kept informed and up to date.

Works continue at Olivia Gardens in Surry Hills  
April 2015

The Olivia Gardens residential complex in Surry Hills is currently being demolished in preparation for construction of the CSELR. Some activities commenced in December 2014 to prepare the site for demolition. Main demolition works commenced in February 2015 and will continue throughout April 2015.

Work at any one location will not be continuous during the periods stated in the below notification, with work programs scheduled to take place over a maximum of five nights at each location.
